I’m Harald Krytinar — I work with leaders, teams and organisations on the human side of performance, through coaching, consultancy and organisational development.
My background is unusual. Ten years in Germany, eighteen in France, Sweden since 2021. Performing arts, audiovisual production, agile coaching. ICF certified. That range isn’t accidental — it’s what lets me see what’s happening in a room before anyone’s said it out loud.
